Appraisal Scope, Inc
Terms of Agreement- All information you have submitted or provide to Appraisal Scope, Inc. is completely accurate .
- You are a qualified, licensed and experienced real estate appraiser
- You are a licensed, certified, or general appraiser
- You are in good standing with your state and any national or local Appraisal Organizations
- All appraisal orders must be completed with accuracy and in its entirety.
- You will reject any orders that you are incapable of completing due to lack of experience or knowledge
- You will follow all standard appraisal regulations and law that apply. This includes the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice
- You will not reassign any orders received through Appraisal Scope. All appraisals received through Appraisal Scope must be completed by the approved appraiser
- You will maintain your credentials/qualifications and update Appraisal Scope with any change of information
- If you accept an appraisal order, you must read and follow all instructions provided on the order. Failure to do so could result in non-payment of fees associated with the appraisal
- You will be acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee of Appraisal Scope, Inc.
Data Sharing & Confidentiality- Appraisal Scope, Inc. and its customers will provide you customer information (e.g. name, property, address, phone number) in order for the appraiser to conduct an appraisal for the customer. The appraiser shall maintain the confidentiality of all customer information provided or related to the appraisal and use it only for purposes of providing the appraisal services under this agreement.
